Over 90% of software orders received before 2:00 PM Weekdays are shipped the same business day*. When we cannot ship the same or next business day* we will contact you within 24 hours. For International shipments we do not include any import duties or local taxes. See "Shipping" below to estimate how long your delivery will be.

Your Purchase and Payment are easy and secure.

For payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal through our secure shopping cart system.

Cards are never charged automatically when you order. They are checked and charged through a secure agency when we are ready to make your shipment. All data submitted are stored behind secure firewalls that have never been breached. We shred all hard copy data containing your information before discard.

Shipping:

We ship United Parcel Services (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) in the US. For Non US shipments you can select from USPS Airmail Parcel Post, Global Priority Mail, Global Express Mail and Global Surface Mail. When selected, we use special global flat rates for software, CDs and DVDS using a large Global Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope - products and documentation are shipped without their product boxes by this method.

 

Please Note: If you use a PO Box, APO/FPO Address or a US prison address and select UPS shipping we will ship by USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail and increase the shipping cost on your actual invoice if necessary.

* Business days do not include Weekend and US Holiday days.

Return Policy

With the exception of certain items listed in paragraph 5 (below), returns are allowed within the first 45 days after purchase. When we receive the returned products we will refund your purchase price, less shipping, and send a confirming e-mail. We charge no restocking fee providing the following conditions are met:

  1. When you want to return a product you must first send an e-mail to horse2@iglide.net or call 1-605-641-0432 within the first 45 days after purchase. Please let us know your invoice number and a brief reason for the return. Leave a message with this information if we do not pick up the telephone. We will not return your message unless requested to do so.
  2. You should return your item by United States Post Office (USPS) Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) to; Value Growth Inc, 421 Worthington Dr., Mars, PA 16046-7103. In the package, please include a copy of your Discount Bible Invoice with a brief note explaining the reason for the return. Credit for returns that are received with a postmark or www.ups.com shipping date confirmation that is later than 60 days after your purchase will not be allowed.
  3. For software all retail packaging and registration cards (not filled in) and all package inserts, manuals, jewel cases and CD's must be returned with the product. If the retail packaging is missing and the registration card is gone - we charge a 25% restocking fee. If manuals, books, CD’s or other important parts of the product are missing or damaged, we may refuse to accept it back as a return. We do not accept the return of products not purchased directly from our company.
  4. Bibles and books must be returned unmarked in their presentation boxes, if supplied.
  5. Purchases of Imprinted Bibles and products marked as Close-Outs are non-returnable.  Products that offer Publishers Rebates are not returnable once rebates are applied for.

Please Note:

  1. Software technical support is supplied by the publishers. Please check for the publisher’s Internet support resources provided in your documentation, or on your software Help Menu, or listed in the Technical Support page of our website. If it is taking some time to work out a solution with the publisher please call and ask for an extension to the 45 days if necessary.
  2. When we process credit card and PayPal refunds we send a confirmation by e-mail. We process the refund on the same or next business day after receiving products back. It usually takes a few days for it to show on your credit card statement.
